  5. 10-12 almonds
  6. 15-20 pistachio

  8. 2 tablespoon desi ghee
  9. 1 tsp cardamom powder

  1. Take one big kadai add ghee and fry cashews and almonds. Keep aside. Then add rice and fry for 2-3 minutes and add milk.
  2. When milk boil keep the flame on low heat and stirring it until it becomes 3/4. Then add kesar and sugar and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
  3. Chop the nuts and mix it in the milk mixture with cardamom powder and save some for decoration. Turn the flame off and serve with chopped nuts.
