- 21/2 cup water
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tsp green chilli paste
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- As per taste Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp pickle masala or methi masala

- First take a Deep pan and then add water. Then add green chillies paste, baking soda, salt and boil it over medium flame for a minute.


- Now add rice flour while stirring continuously using a spatula.

- Please prepare to do in a steamer container, place it inside the steamer cover with the lead and steam cook for about ten minutes and turn off flame then open the lid and let it cool for 2-3 minutes.

- Serve it with any pickel or ghee.
