- Soak the rice for 2 hours wash the rice and drain excess water. To make a paste in grinder.

- Add sugar and cook for 5 minutes then add khoya to the mixture and mix well.
- Add the finely chopped nuts and the raisins. Reserve a little for Garnishing.
- Garnish with nuts and served chilled.
