- 2 tsp chopped pistachios
- 1 tbsp milk powder
- 2 tsp milk
- 1/2 tsp ilachi powder

- Clean, wash and dry the turmeric leaves.
Add water to the dal + rice powder with salt and make a thick batter. - Mix all ingredients of stuffing and keep aside.
Heat water in steamer.
Mix well 1/2 packet of eno powder to the batter - In each turmeric leaf take some batter at the center. Keep some stuffing. Press both remaining side of leaves one on other and attach with a toothpick.
- Steam then in steamer for 10 minutes.
