  1. Dry roast rice & wheat flour slightly brown.
  2. Blend jaggery, raisins & banana in a blender. Grate fresh coconut
  3. Mix all ingredients in flours.
  4. Add water & make thick batter like Idli. Keep it aside for 20 minutes.
  5. Heat appe pan. Pour ghee in each pit.
  6. Pour batter in each pit.
  7. Cover the lid. Cook on slow flame until golden brown.
  8. Flip it with wooden stick. Now cook again until golden brown.
  9. Transfer into serving plate. once cooled serve them.
