  4. Add salt per taste.Mix properly.Batter should not be very thick.Add little beet, tomato juice to adjust the consistency.Mix & keep aside.
  5. Let's grease the mould & keep them ready.Add 1 tbsp of eno to the batter.Mix properly.
  6. Quickly transfer the batter into the mould.Keep your steamer ready or you can steam in the wok also.
  7. Boil water in the wok.Place the mould on the stand.Cover the lid, steam for 15 mints on high flame.
  8. After 15 mints check the batter inserting a knife.If the batter comes out clean then it is done.
  9. Demould at room temperature. It's really taste delicious,soft & healthy.
  10. Serve with pudina, coriander chutney & enjoy.
